    Fault diagnosis, testing of a hardware component (maximum identification duration is 15 minutes)

  3. Warranty service services, express claims:

    Service for complete computers purchased from us during the warranty period
    Loaner computer during the resolution of a standard claim
    Loaner hardware component during the resolution of a claim
    Express warranty computer service (guaranteed repair within 24 hours by replacing the faulty part)
    Express claim processing fee (exchange for a new unit or for an adequate replacement by agreement with the customer, guaranteed resolution within 60 minutes)
    Fee for unjustified claim (charged only in case of proven functionality of the hardware component on the part of ANAFRA s.r.o.)

 

The duration of the service is considered as pure working time. The technician reserves the right to reduce the service price at their discretion.
