Return form


To file a complaint, you need to file a return form and send the claimed goods to the ANAFRA s.r.o., return department, Bezručova 3015, 756 61 Rožnov pod Radhoštěm.

How long will processing the complaint take

In case of a fault immediately after purchase, most goods can be exchanged on the spot. Other goods will be tested and repaired (changed) in the shortest possible time based on the decision of the Return Technician.

The computer built by me doesn’t work

In the case of individual purchases, the customer’s knowledge about the problematics of hardware and software, therefore customer refunds only the defective components.
