NBD warranty



For our servers, we provide advanced NBD (next-business-day) warranties. We currently provide hundreds of on-site warranties for our cliets's servers in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and other European countries.

Specifications of the extended warranty terms that can be selected for our servers:

NBD on-site for IT 2 - 5 years 24/7 Service intervention on the next business day after reporting the issue, with the option to travel directly to a location chosen by the customer within the European Union. Service is intended primarily for IT specialists and requires the active participation of an IT technician on the customer’s side. The service is advantageous because of 24/7 phone availability with the possibility to immediately diagnose the fault, which ensures the correct replacement of the faulty components for its effective resolution.
Mission critical pro IT 2 - 5 years 24/7 Service intervention within 24 hours of reporting the issue, with the option to travel directly to a location chosen by the customer within the European Union. This service is primarily intended for IT specialists and requires active participation of a technician on the customer’s side.
Mission critical 4h for IT 2 - 5 years 24/7 Service intervention with issue resolution within 4 hours of reporting, with the option to travel directly to a location chosen by the customer within the European Union. This service is primarily intended for IT specialists and requires active participation of a technician on the customer’s side.
Mission critical for EU 2 - 5 let 24/7 Service intervention within 24 hours of reporting the issue, with the option to travel directly to a location chosen by the customer within the European Union. This service does not require any actions on the customer’s part.
Mission critical 4h for EU 2 - 5 years 24/7 Service intervention with issue resolution within 4 hours of reporting, with the option to travel directly to a location chosen by the customer within the European Union. This service does not require any further actions on the customer’s part.
